Be Sure to be specific about your order. None of the words in the sample designs come automatically with your order. We only put on the items what you write in the notes and/or text box. You are responsible for the spellings, we do not correct what is sent to us. If you choose to change background colors choose "yes" to the option or we will not do it, it is an extra cost. If you add writing to the back or want the name and design on the back Choose "Yes" to that option and tell us what gets written on what side of the item. It is also extra so you must choose "yes" to that option or we won't be able to do it. Remember we can make Anything! We have hundreds of designs and characters not posted on the site, if you are looking for something particular just ask! Thank You
